Abstract

With China being the member of WTO, it is inevitable for China's higher education to be internationalized. Under the circumstances, the higher education is faced with both developing opportunity and severe challenge. We must seize hold of the opportunity, meet the new challenge with the positive attitude and take scientific measures so that China's higher education can achieve the long term development.
