Abstract

Porcine circovirus(PCV) has recently prevailed in the world and induced several clinical disease,such as post-weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS) and porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome(PDNS).It caused enormous economic loss of the world pig industry.For studing the valid control method.The paper summarized the recent research circumstances of its etiology,molecular biology and virus replication.
