Progress in Research of Porcine circovirus desease

Porcine circovirus desease has developed in recent ten years.The researches on PCV-2 have proved that PCV-2 is not only related to PMWS(Postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrorme)but also to other diseases of porcine.In recently years,the diseases produced by Porcine circovirus type-2 have:PMWS(Postweaning multisystemic wasting syndroom),PDNS (Porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome),PNP (Porcine proliferative and necrotic pneumonia )etc,and the diseases in pigs that are PRRS(Porcine reproductive and pespiratory syndrome),PPV(Porcine parvovirus) and CT(Congenital tremors) have important relation with PCV-2.With the unceasing development of cultivation scales,there is increasing tendency of PCV-2.It caused enormous economic loss of the world pig industry.For studing the valid control method.The paper summarized the recent research circumstances of its etiology,epidemiology,pathogenic mechanism,diagnosis and control measures.
