Application of FLUENT Code in Dust Collection Field

Abstract

There are a number of low-collection efficiency and high-pressure drop engineering examples which result in ununiformity of velocity and pressure and temperature caused by unreasonable design parameter.However,the numerical simulation and description of dust particles' path line can help solve these problems efficiently.The theory,method and the application research progress were presented.The result of FLUENT code numerical simulation and the experimental results to solve the ununiformity of velocity and pressure and temperature in real engineering can provide guide parameters for the optimization de-duster and exploitation of new products.From all the aspects we can see that the foreground of FLUENT code numerical simulation is good and wide in the field of dust collection.
