Abstract
Ultrasonic dyeing process of ramie was introduced.Ultrasonic dyeing temperature,fixation time,as well as concentration of salt and alkali are discussed,and optimum dyeing process conditions were finally determined,including sodium chloride concentration of 15 g/L, sodium carbonate concentration of 15 g/L, dyeing temperature of 60℃,bath ratio of 1∶40,fixing the time of 30 min.Additionally,compared to the conventional dyeing process,ultrasonic dyeing can greatly increase the ramie fibre dyeing rate, saving production cost for low consume of energy and waste.
