Abstract
Discussing on the impact on the ultrasonic dyeing properties of ramie fiber with reactive dyes,the results showed that compared with the conventional dyeing process,ultrasonic dyeing technology could significantly improve the dyeing rate,enhance on the dye up-take,save chemicals and lower dyeing temperature.Thus it could raise productivity,save energy and reduce pollution.Ultrasonic dyeing technology makes it possible the low temperature dyeing of ramie fiber with reactive dyes in a shortened process.Ultrasound technology expands in the field of the application for the reactive dye dyeing of ramie fiber,and it provides a theoretical and practical exploration for achieving low-cost alternative energy dyeing process.
