Abstract
Compared with the conventional dyeing process, on the basis of sigle factor test,ultrasonic dyeing of linen enjoys advantages of energy saving,consumption reduction,improving product quality. The orthogonal results showed that the optimum procdss parameters of ultrasonic dyeing were: dye4%( owf),fixing time 30 min,fixing temperature 50 ℃,Na Cl concentration 25 g / L,Na2CO3 concentration 10 g / L,bath ration 1∶ 50.
