On clinical legal education in higher educational institutions

Abstract
It is nearly a decade since clinical legal education is introduced in Chinese universities.Yet the legal education is not satisfactory due to optional digression.It is argued,therefore,that universities should set the legal education as a founding point,reconstructing multi-lateral clinical legal education,selecting proper teaching methodology,designing scientific evaluations,and realize the education of applied and competent legal learners.
