Abstract

Introducing clinical legal education to China to complement and amendment our traditional legal profession education bring many changes to our legal education.In current legal education,We need to pay attention to using various ways such as traditional education,case teaching,legal assistance,simulating court and clinical legal education to improve our level of legal education.
