Theresearch of 308nm excimer light combined with calcipotriol ointment on the patients with psoriasis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 308nm excimer light combined with calcipotriol ointment in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods 98 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups: Study group( 53 patients,308nm excimer light combined with calcipotriol ointment care group) and control group( 45 patients,calcipotriol ointment care group) after 2months observation of efficacy. Results The effective rates were 90. 57% in the treatment group and 75. 56% in the control group.There were significant diferences in the efficacy rate for two groups( P0. 05). Conclusion The study shows that 308nm excimer light combined with calcipotriol ointment treatment of psoriasis is safe and efficient.
