Abstract
[Objective]To provide reference for the production of effective medicinal ingredient by Cordyceps militaris in liquid fermentation. [Method]Through single factor test, the best culture conditions of Cordyceps militaris was determined by changing carbon source, nitrogen source, age of pure culture, initial pH of medium, culture time, temperature, stirring rate and filling liquid. [Result]The optimal culture conditions: the optimal carbon source was 2% sucrose and the optimal nitrogen source was 1% tryptone. The best fermentation conditions of flask were: age of pure culture 36h,initial pH 6. 5,fermentation 6 d,temperature 24℃,stirring rate 200 r / min, filling liquid 150 ml /250 ml. [Conclusion]The best culture conditions for Cordyceps militaris C- 7 mycelium were obtained, which will provide basis for further development and utilization.
