Optimum Conditions for Deep Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris and Content Analysis of Its Active Substance

Abstract

The optimum conditions for liquid culture of Cordyceps militaris were studied by using an orthogonal design.The culture conditions were established in shake flask with the index of dry mycelium.Under the optimum conditions, the content of the active substance of Cordyceps militaris was analyzed.The optimum condition, pitching rate, initial pH value, temperature and culture time were found to be 10%(v/v), 7.0, 27 ℃ and 96 h respectively.The contents of cordycepin and cordyceps polysaccharase are 51.785 mg/100g and 1.92 mg/100g respectively.
