Abstract

Objective To explore more effective regimen for chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).Methods Co-zaofanwan combed with cyclosporine A(CsA)andandrogen alone for the treatment of CAA was compared by a randomized controlled clinical trial.Result The efficacy of co-zaofanwan combined with CsA(85.0 %)was significantly higher than that of and rogen alone(44.4 %).Further more,there covery of bone marrow BFU-E,CFU-E and CFU-GM of the responding patients was more complete in co-zaofanwan combined with CsA group than in and rogen alone group.Condusions Co-zaofanwan combined with CsA was an effective method in the treatment of CAA.
