Considerations on the Financing Problem of Chinese Medium and Small-sized Enterprises

With development of Chinese economy, the medium and small-sized enterprises play more and more important role in economic construction, however, financing difficulty of medium and small-sized enterprises becomes one of main factors of restricting enterprises development. This paper analyzes present situation of financing difficulty and its causes, starting from the situation of our country, and using for reference foreign advanced experience, puts forward the countermeasures of solving financing difficulty of medium and small-sized enterprises.
