Abstract
Pricia acid in water was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The analytical conditions of HPLC were optimized though a series of tests. Results showed the optimum detected conditions were methanol-water(0.01%TFA) volume ratio of 45∶55 as the mobile phase and the temperature of 40 ℃.The detection wavelength was 350 nm for ultraviolet detector.Under the optimized conditions, limits of detection of this method was 0.4 μg/L.The recovery tests were analyzed using this new method: Three different grade include high、middle and low concentrations were added in surface and underground water samples separately, recoveries results of three concentrations were all above 88%,with relative standard deviations(RSD) blow 5%;And waste water recoveries were between 71% and 90%,with RSD was 7.9%.
