Abstract

C_12-hydrolysis azadirachtin A was a hydrolyzed derivative of azadirachtin A. AFC_50 of C_12-hydrolysis azadirachtin A against 3~rd instar larvae Spodopteralitura were 3.44 μg/mL and 6.89 μg/mL treatment after 24 h and 48 h. Antifeedant rates of 3 μg/mL C_12-hydrolysis azadirachtin A against 3~rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella was 73.59%, and that of 5 μg/mL C_12-hydrolysis azadirachtin A against 3~rd instar larvae of Heliothis armigera was 73.59% treatment after 48 h. Revised mortalities of 3 μg/ml C_12-hydrolysis azadirachtin A against 3~rd instar larvae of P. xylostella and 5 μg/mL C_12-hydrolysis azadirachtin A against 3~rd instar larvae of H. armigera were 78.16% and 58.69%.
