Abstract

Decomposition on azdirachtin was conducted and 3-hydroxyl-azadirachtin was obtained.The AFC50 values of 3-hydroxyl-azadirachtin against 3rd larvae of Spodoptera litura were 14.10 and 35.82 mg·L-1 respectively after treated for 24 h and 48 h.The antifeedant rate was 65.93% when 3rd larvae of Plutella xylostella was treated with 3-hydroxyl-azadirachtin at concentration of 3 mg·L-1 for 24 h.The antifeedant rate was 80.05% when 3rd larvae of Heliothis armigera was treated with 3-hydroxyl-azadirachtin at concentration of 5 mg·L-1for 24 h.Mortality of 3rd larvae of P.xylostella was 79.34% after treated with 3-hydroxyl-azadirachtin at concentration of 3 mg·L-1for 72 h.Mortality of 3rd larvae of H.armigera was 79.81% after treated with 3-hydroxyl-azadirachtin at concentration of 5 mg·L-1 for 72 h.The weight reduced rate of 3rd larvae of H.armigera was 89.06% after treated with 3-hydroxyl-azadirachtin at concentration of 2 mg·L1 for 72 h.The weight reduced rate of 3rd larvae of P.xylostella was 51.89% after treated with 3-hydroxyl-azadirachtin at concentration of 1 mg·L-1 for 72 h.
