Determination of Puerarin in Jingbi Granules by HPLC

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of puerarin in Jingbi Granules.METHODS HPLC was used.the stationary phase was ODS and the mobile phase was methanol-water(25∶75) The UV detection wavelength was 250nm.RESULTS There was good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.02～0.12μg of puerarin in Jingbi Granules(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 100.37%,RSD=2.87%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,fast and accurate.
