Abstract
Cultural globalization is to appear with the emergence of the economic globalization. Global culture is the one which is far-reaching, advanced, and dominant. National culture is the one that the national spirit and value handed down in the long historical development in a nation state. Global culture is no homogeneous and monistic, which is a heterogeneous and pluralistic culture embracing the advanced cultures of various nations. And cultural globalization is the cultural intrusion dominated by the western developed countries. Thereby, global culture is in conflict with national culture. In developing the global culture, the western devemoped countries should on the one hand treat different national cultures equally, and developing countries should on the other hand continually innovate national culture so as to integrate the national culture into the global culture.
