Abstract

The paper looks back on the five thousand years of culture oh human society, including matter culture, system culture and spiritual culture. Checking on the basic features of amalgamation-oriented universal culture, nation-orientation, network-orientation and industry-orientation, the basic frame of Chinese national culture is reasonably defined. Our working strategy is to cultivate national spirit, educational innovation, and developing cultural industry.
