Abstract

Realizing the scientific meaning and era sense ot Chinese advanced culture has a straight relation with the culture globalization. It is essential to openly master the contract conditions and international environment of Chinese advanced culture construction, to investigate the positive influences and negative effects of the culture globalization on our culture life, our culture phenomena and our culture problems. We should unceasingly perfect our culture policy, culture measure and culture system in order to master the progress situation of Chinese advanced culture.
