Abstract
Near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was applied to determine the water content in omeprazole sodium for injection. The NIR spectra of 62 samples were collected, and the partial least squares(PLS) method was used to build the model. The calibration model was set up by 50 samples, the root mean square error of cross validation(RMSECV) was 0.136. The validation was set up by 12 samples. The root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP) was 0.074. The correlation coefficient of the control value and prediction value was 0.9966. The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 3.2%.
