Abstract
The partial least square(PLS) predictive model for the content of reduced glutathione tablets was established based on the near infrared diffuse reflectance spectra and the HPLC reference values.Root mean square error of cross-validation(RMSECV),root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)and correlation coefficient(R) were 0.024 13,0.008 57 and 0.972 54,respectively.The established model might be used to predict the content of reduced glutathione tablets in the production process.
