The clinical observation of peptic ulcer healing quality

Objective: The study on the consolidation of peptic ulcer patients after treatment were followed up for six months to observe the relationship between the quality of ulcer healing and ulcer healing rate, scar (S 2) formation rate. Methods: Selected 30 patients with peptic ulcer,a course of regular anti-ulcer (gastric ulcer:6 weeks;duodenal ulcer:4 weeks),follow-up six months after the end of treatment(one month or one and a half months),the first 3 months end,the first 6 months end to review endoscopy and pathological examination. Results: 30 patients with peptic ulcer after a course of consolidation therapy,pain relief rate was 84.6%,after 3 months was 92.3%,6 months was 80.8%,recurrence of symptoms in some patients. After the treatment,ulcer healing rate was 73.3%,S2 of the formation rate was 36.4%,3 months and 6 months of the formation rate of S2 were 54.5%,three cases of endoscopic recurrence. Conclusion: The quality of ulcer healing is to determine whether or not an important factor in ulcer recurrence, the higher level of regenerative mucosa maturity, and the higher the quality of ulcer healing, the low recurrence rate.
