Reform Mode Innovation of Human Resources Management Curriculum in Vocational Colleges

Not many vocational colleges offer human resources management in our country.For the lack of teaching experience,a relatively perfect curriculum of the major has not been formed.The orientation of the talent training for vocational stage is training high quality applied talents of human resources management.Multiple teaching methods should be used in curriculum reform to modularize the specialized courses and the implement practicality of students management system so as to promote curriculum mode reform of human resources management in vocational colleges.
