Abstract
Based on the mutation characteristic of genome sequence of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV Nsp2 1 594-1 680 mutated strain),two pair primers were designed, combined with advanced rapid RNA extract reagent and one step RT-PCR kit,a rapid RT-PCR method for detecting highly pathogenic PRRSV were developed. The experiment results indicated that the method was qualified in detecting the highly pathogenic PRRSV with high specificity and sensitivity, positive sample diluted 105 can be tested. The RT-PCR method can be directly used in tissue's detection,it is easy handling, rapid, cheap and fewer possibility of contamination,Therefore it is very suit for multi-sample's detection.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
