Abstract

Food Hygiene and Analysis is a highly practical and applied subject.In order to adapt to the development of food safety in recent years,and to train the students with creative abilities and comprehensive quality,teaching reform is introduced from the three aspects of optimizing teaching contents,teaching staff development,and improving teaching methods to improve the teaching quality of Food Hygiene and Analysis.
