Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influence of the early nursing intervention on long-term rehabilitation for stoke patients.Methods:A total of 52 stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=26) and control group(n=26).ALL patients received conventional treatment,and patients in treatment group also had early intervention rehabilitation care.Respectively,before treatment,3 months,12 months and 24 months after treatment,exercise capacity was assessed by using Fugl-Meyer scale,and life quality was assessed by SF-36 summary rating scale.Results: Compared with those before treatment,after treatment,Fugl-Meyer scores in two groups were significantly improved(P0.05);at 3 months,12 months and 24 months after treatment,Fugl-Meyer score of two groups were 67.55 ±19.21,52.14 ± 20.33,89.65 ± 7.12,68.48 ± 15.11,91.13 ± 6.56,74.56 ± 19.33,respectively.The rehabilitation status of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05);and SF-36 scores was significantly improved after treatment in both two groups(P0.01).Conclusions: Early rehabilitation care can improve exercise capacity and quality of life,and has satisfactory long-term rehabilitation effect for stroke patients.
