Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of the early nursing intervention for stroke patients in long-term effect of rehabilitation. Methods Admitted for rehabilitation of 52 stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=26)and control group(n=26), patients received conventional treatment control group of conventional rehabilitation care, and treatment group adopted early intervention rehabilitation care plan implementation. Respectively, before treatment, after treatment,3 months,12 months and 24 months using the Fugl -Meyer scale to assess the recovery of the two sets of exercise capacity in patients using the SF-36 summary rating scale, rating the quality of life in patients with and the results were compared. Results Compared with those before treatment, after treatment, two groups of Fugl-Meyer scores were significantly improved(P<0.05); treatment group and control group 3 months,12 months and 24 months,Fugl-Meyer score two groups respectively(67.55± 19.21),(52.14±20.33)(89.65±7.12)(68.48±15.11)(91.13±6.56)(74.56±19.33).The rehabilitation status of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05);significantly improved SF-36 scores than the control group and treatment group after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusions Early intervention rehabilitation care of stroke patients in long-term rehabilitation can improve exercise capacity and quality of life of the patient's rehabilitation.
