Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training on life skills hemiplegic stroke patients. Method 100 acute stroke patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Rehabilitation group and the control group were given clinical drug treatment, in addition, the rehabilitation group norms rehabilitation patients, while patients enrolled were to carry out the functions and six months after the assessment, evaluation of the efficacy of the two groups. Result After six months of rehabilitation, treatment group ADL score was(85.52±14.36) points, significantly higher than(22.77±11.50) points when divided into groups, the control group six months after the ADL score was(74.25±21.25) points, significantly higher than(28.19±15.36) points when divided into groups, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation can significantly improve the daily lives of patients with hemiplegia ability.
