Abstract

Objective To evaluate abdominal B-, X-ray and X-urinary venography in the diagnosis of ureteral stones, clinical application. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011,98 patients with ureteral calculi in patients hospitalized with B- and X-ray examination of the situation. Results For renal stones to determine, B-is better than X-over; for the ultrasonic diagnosis of ureteral calculi higher rate than X ray, but for small stones is urography higher than the diagnostic ultrasound. Conclusion B-ultrasound and X-ray examination has advantages and disadvantages, a combination of both can greatly improve the diagnosis of ureteral stones. B-doctors improve the diagnosis of patients helps to reduce the medical burden.
