Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Ureteral Calculi

Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound in diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Method:A retrospective analysis from December 2007 to February 2012 in our hospital,146 cases of ureteral calculi of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of clinical data.Result:All patients were treated by medicine row stone,extracorporeal lithotripsy,X-ray angiography,operation stone confirmed,146 cases of ureteral calculi patients with a total of 148 stone,stone size between 3-16 mm,135 patients with hydronephrosis and ureteral expansion,color Doppler ultrasonography detected 130, diagnosis rate was 87.84%.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound is the preferred method for diagnosis of ureteral calculi,ureteral shape for effective, there is nocolor twinkling artifact,observation of ureteral urine spraying Doppler signal,improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,has the positive application value for clinical treatment to provide information.
