Rural Land Renovation and Co-ordination Development of Urban and Rural Areas:A Case Study of Quanjiao County in Anhui Province

Under the current circumstances of economic development and securing red-line project of farmland,it is of great significance to explore the promotion of integrated development of urban and rural areas by implementing rural land renovation,for it may provide an effective way for constructing the new pattern of urban-rural integration development. Applying such methods as literature analysis and comparison analysis,thi paper discusses the content and effect of implementing rural land renovation of Quanjiao County in Anhui Province,along with some suggestions for further promoting rural land renovation.It is concluded that rural land renovation is a breakthrough in the policy of deepening rural reform and development and an important strategy of coordinating urban and rural land utilization and allocation and realizing the balanced urban and rural development.
