Abstract

Industry cluster is the spatial concentration of production factors under market system.A region could develop a successful set of industry group under the right conditions,such as geographical space,resource endowments,infrastructure,industry characteristics,technological innovation and institutional culture.It analysis the formation of industrial clusters and the dynamic mechanism,then gives the policy recommendations.
