Research on Industry and Rent-seeking Regional Conditions of Tourism Industry Cluster Formation

Abstract

Based on division theory of labor,transaction theory and industry cluster rent theory,this paper analyzes the formation conditions of tourism industry cluster,including its industry and space conditions.The industry conditions include long value chain,differentiation ability,convenience for package and transportation,high correlation and innovative need.Space conditions include rich natural endowments and factors of products,efficiency organizations,sufficient supply and demand,valid institution and public goods.
