Abstract

Objective To Investigate application effect of spinal-epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in abdominal surgery. Methods 80 cases of abdominal operation patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different anesthesia methods. The control group was given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia, the observation group was given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia combined with remifentanil, propofol, anesthesia effect were compared between two groups. Results The heart rate, blood pressure fluctuation at each time point between the observation group and the control group and the control group were no significance difference(P0.05).But awake time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia combined with light general anesthesia had less effect on respiratory and circulatory system;Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia combined with remifentanil and propofol was superior to intravenous inhalation group. It is safe and reliable.
