Abstract
A new RP-HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,baicalin,palmatine and berberine in Qinlian Tablet.The separation was performanced on Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) by gradient elution with acetonitrile/0. 05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The wavelength of the detector was set at 230 nm from 0 to 8.5 min,280 nm from 8.5 to 23 min and 346 nm from 23 min to 30 min. The calibration curves were linear within a range of 3.87~38.72 mg/L for paeoniflorin,4.18~41.80 mg/L for baicalin,1.62~16.20 mg/L for palmatine,and 2.10~21.00 mg/L for berberine, respectively.The recoveries were 100.9%(RSD=2.7%) for paeoniflorin,101.5% (RSD=0.7%) for baicalin,97.9%(RSD=2.0%) for palmatine and 102.2%(RSD=1.6%) for berberine.
