Combining with the status and role of forestry,the modern forestry was defined and the evaluation index system was established which consists of 3 levels including forest ecosystem system indicators,forestry industrial system indicators and forest culture system indicators and 13 aspects including forest ecosystem,wetland ecosystem,desert ecosystems,conservation of biodiversity,production capacity of woodland,industrial efficiency,industrial structure,industrial intensive level,industrial security,ecological cultural infrastructure,forestry culture industry,popularization and publicity of ecological cultural knowledge and the social development of forestry culture.
