On the Ecological Forestry Construction at County level

It is of the first importance for current forestry production to strengthen ecological construction and to maintain ecological security at the critical time when the ecological status quo in China is stalemated at the stages between the control and undermining.The paper proposes the guidelines,principles,objectives and procedures for the ecological forestry building.It also elaborates forestry's functional zone,strategic layout and contents including 3 systems namely forestry ecological system,forestry industry system,and support and guarantee system.
