Abstract
[Objective]To establish method for lead determination in food additive by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Methods]Atomic fluorescence method was adopted for lead determination. After digested at constant temperature, samples were determined for the concentration of lead under optimal conditions of the instrument and determination.[Results]The lead showed liner relationship in the range of 0.00~50.00 μg/L;the correlation coefficient was 0.998 3;the detection limit was 0.40 μg/L;the relative standard deviation was 2.4%~2.8%,the recovery ranged from 94.4%~100.7%.[Conclusion]This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and suitable for lead determination in food additive.
