Abstract

Objective To establish a methed for detection of lead in food by hydridegeneration-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The sample was detected by Microwave digestion Hydride Generation-atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. Results r was 0.999 5 in the range of 0~50 μg/L,the detection limit was 0.010 μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 2.1 %~4.4 %,the recovery was 91.2 %~108.4 %. Conclusions The method is simple and rapid with good accuracy.
