Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of physical training on blood pressure, nitric oxide and endothelin of the patients with primary hypertension.Method:62patients with primary hypertension were divided into training group(n=51)and control group(n=11).The patients in training group received a session of1hour physical straining each day,6days a week for7weeks.The control group was not intervened. The blood pressure, nitric oxide and endothelin were got before and at the end of the program.Result:The blood pressure, nitric oxide and endothelins significantly decreased after physical tranining. There was no change in the control group. Conclusion:Physical training can decrease the blood pressure, nitric oxide and endothelins in patients with primary hypertension.
