Abstract
[Objective]To know the situation of pesticide residues in market vegetables in Ji'nan.[Methods]A survey was performed in 2006,454 vegetable samples were collected to detect 31 kinds of pesticides(20 organo-phosphorus pesticide,5 carbamate and 6 pyrethrin pesticide).[Results]The results indicated that 90.3% of these samples were up to national standard.91.2% of the Chinese cabbage,87.0% of the green vegetables,97.2% of the melons,95.9% of the fruits and all root-stem vegetables were up to standard.Among the 31 kinds of pesticides,24 were detected in the survey,and 45.8% of them are prohibited for planting vegetables according to relevant laws and regulations.[Conclusion]The unqualified rates of leafy vegetables were higher than those of melon and root-stem vegetables significantly.The residue of prohibited pesticide exceeded seriously.
