Abstract

To some extent,talent training model determines the quality of talent training.The reform for talent training aims at a comprehensive transformation which involves some new education ideas,optimization of training model and curriculum structural,improvement of classroom teaching methods,innovation of teaching management system,enhancement of teachers' quality,and strengthen of cooperation with enterprises.
