Innovation Exploration of University Talent Training Mode Based on Employment Guidance

Abstract

University's talent training mode determines the quality of talent training and employment.Considering the increasingly severe employment situation,this paper analyzes problems in the traditional talent training mode,and explores the innovative construction of university talent training mode based on employment guidance from firmly implementing educational concept,positioning the aim of talent training reasonably,optimizing talent training process scientifically and strengthening career planning and employment guidance.
