Abstract

Industry Talent Plan is a new pattern of cooperative cultivation of applied talents between the university and the enterprises in Hubei province.By taking the first speciality of Industry Talent Planin Hubei Polytechnic University as an example,the characteristics and innovation of the talent training pattern of inorganic non-metal material was introduced.In view of the existing problems including teachers' training,the developemtn of teaching materials,students' management and assessment,some measures were suggested.
