Abstract
The phased success of China's rural cooperative financial reform is proved that the direction of reform,and reform measures is correct.But the problem that promotes China's rural financial reform still exists,because of misunderstanding of rural cooperative financial reform of China.Thus further promoting rural cooperative financial reform must clarify these controversial areas in the cooperation model of operation and management,funding sources.
