Application effect of holistic nursing in clinical nursing responsibility system

Objective:To discuss the effect of responsibility system of holistic nursing used in clical nursing.Methods:By dispatching more nurses,adjusting scheduling model,improving workflow,strengthening health education and professional training,carrying out performance assessment,to get the statistical data,calling rate of patients,degree of satisfaction of patients,nurses and doctors.Results:Responsibility system of holistic nursing in clinical nursing could improve degree of satisfaction of patients,nurses and doctors effectively.Conclusion:Responsibility system of holistic nursing in clinical nursing can increase nursing quality clearly,and it is worth promoting inclinical.
