Result  experience: Substantial foundation for practice of holistic nursing is leader's strong support launch of holistic nursing need enhancement of the ability of nursing personnel. to pay attention to actual effect,to carry out holistic nursing in non-mode ward,to develop health education actively,to put quality management of holistic nursing into practice which ensures the achievement of holistic nursing. comprehension:Leader's strong support is the fundamental guarantee of holistic nursing. to promote consent degree to nursing of the public  to raise position of nurse  to show the value of nurse  to improve the relation between nurse and patient,to intimate the relation between nurse and doctor,which brings up the ability of nursing staff and the spirit of service to the people . Conclusion:It is the holistic nursing that promotes the development of nursing.
