To Analysis the Influences of Township Health Centers under the Integrated Management of Rural Health Services

OBJECTIVE To understand the effect of operation in the township health centers of Urumqi after the the implementation of the integrated management of rural health services,find problems and put forward suggestions for its development. METHOD Cluster sampling method was used,a total of 13 township hospitals from 3 districts as research subjects. Questionnaire survey were used to investigate township institutions. RESULTS The township health centers of Urumqi after the implementation of the integrated management of rural health services has achieved some success,but still facing many problems,most notably,was the most radical of all health human resource issues. Health workforce aging faster,low qualifications and low salary problem seriously affected the stability of the health personnel. CONCLUSION Suggestions from the directional training of health personnel,strengthening personnel training and upgrading of health treatment and other aspects of health improve the quality of health personnel.
